NeighborCare is a ministry of Christ Hope Church that shares Christ’s love through practical service and personal connection. Every third Saturday of the month, teams go out to help with small projects, yard work, home tasks, and meaningful visits. Whether meeting a practical need or offering encouragement, NeighborCare is a simple way our church puts faith into action and cares for our neighbors together.
